Brisbane Students will send two weeks rent deposit email to be paid to process your application. ID required for the application will be requested.

IF APPROVED

Approval email will be sent. Pay bond via Bank Cheque & Bpay facilities, and email receipt prior to move in date.

Our staff are available to go through and sign the documents with you.

APPLICATION PROCESS

• Complete an application form
• Provide supporting documents
  • Photo ID
  • Confirmation of Enrolment (COE)
  • Confirmation of employment i.e. payslip / bank statement / parent guarantor letter

AGENCY PROCESS

As your application is a high priority, we will endeavour to have an answer to you within 24-48 hours.

Information verification by our agency

To verify your application information we contact National Tenancy Databases (TICA & NTD). if you have had a problem with a previous tenancy, please discuss the circumstances with us.

If Application is not accepted

If your application is not accepted by the Lessor, it will be retained for 48 hours and then destroyed securely, to comply with Privacy Legislation.

Rent payment method options

Bank Cheque & Bpay facilities are accepted as rent payment methods.

CASH IS NOT AN OPTION.
